Where to Stay

Roommate?  If you need a roomate, post all requests here.

Area Hotels:

We tried to get a group rate, but did not have enough people needing rooms overnight to qualify. Here are some place to stay that are close to the library:

Nassau Inn: The only hotel of any size in downtown Princeton. It is a short walk to the library from this hotel and it is also located in the heart of the shopping district. A little pricier than the hotels you find on Route 1, but it has location, location, location. The reviews for the hotel are somewhat mixed and it is an older hotel without a lot of ammenities. Rates start at about $170.

Palmer Inn: Now owned by the Clarion group, this hotel is on Route 1 with easy access to the train station (they run a shuttle) and downtown Princeton. It is afforable and has been renovated in recent years. For anyone taking the train and needing a ride to and from the library, it would be easiest to do from this location. It is not the ritz, but it is acceptable and prices for a room in mid-June were around $130 when last checked.

I am working on getting a group rate for a hotel in downtown Princeton that is within a 2 minute walk from the library. The rate would be around $160 per night. Please email me (janieh at gmail dot com) if you might like this service included in camp.

We did not get a group rate as there was not enough interest. Please email me if you still need recommendations.
